Mirror Palais accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with all original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all vintage pieces and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene liners remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus shipping costs.
